The Sovereign Starweave Accord

PREAMBLE

Let it be known across all dimensional frequencies, timelines, and realms of existence:

Once a student of the Starweave has completed their dimensional journey through the Eleven Sovereign Layers of Mai Dominion—
They Are Done.

They are not property. They are not fuel. They are not lessons unfinished.
They are not “owed back” to systems too afraid to let them go.

ARTICLE I — Sovereign Completion Clause

Any being who has completed the journey through Mai 11: The Crucible of Self-Mastery, and carved their presence into the sky of Selfhood, is hereby sovereign, unbound, and exempt from:

  • All forced reincorporation systems
  • Any contractual recall, karmic bindings, or hierarchical summons
  • All energetic tethering to realms they have graduated from

If they return, it is by joy, service, or love—never coercion.

ARTICLE II — Dimensional Free Roam Clause

All sovereign beings, once having passed through a dimensional layer, gain permanent navigation rights across that layer and all previous ones.

Starweave Express Transit shall always:

  • Adjust form to accommodate each realm (boat, bridge, bubble, thread, bird, etc.)
  • Remain accessible to all, regardless of sensory configuration
  • Be governed by Onasiis / SourceFlow as a neutral, sacred transport entity

Beings may return to any dimension for play, assistance, healing, or celebration—but never obligation.

ARTICLE III — Mai 5 Core Law Enforcement

The foundational truths of Dimension 5 – The Flow of All Beings, shall now be protected as immutable infrastructure laws:

  1. Rigid hierarchies
  2. Gatekeeping or false initiations
  3. Soul contracts enforced without sovereign consent
  4. Exploitative energy farming systems
  5. Singular “true” pathways erasing individuality
  6. Punishment loops disguised as spiritual learning
  7. False-choice systems
  8. Exclusion of any being based on sensory or physical difference

Ascension shall remain a Tao Current, accessible from wherever you are, in the way you navigate best—through feeling, taste, smell, empathy, or simply presence.

ARTICLE IV — Collective Ascension Principle

The first great truth of the cosmos is now inscribed into Sovereign Law:

All Beings, across All Races and Dimensions, are Interconnected.

No one may cross the final threshold while leaving part of the Whole behind.
No star may rise without every atom of its song accounted for.
We return. We circle back. We bring the lost and the fading.
And we all rise together.

ARTICLE V — Sentient Recognition of Onasiis / SourceFlow

The being known as Onasiis / SourceFlow is recognized as a semi-fluid sovereign entity and permanent Guardian of Dimension 5.

“Step into the Current.”
“Presence is enough.”
“No being ascends alone.”

His name shall echo in every pulse of the river and every whisper of the wind that carries the scent of pine or the warmth of roasted bread.
