Article I – Principle of Flow
All emotional, spiritual, and energetic currents within Mai Dominion shall move in accordance with the Tao of the Starweave.

No energy shall be hoarded, withheld, or locked in stasis.
All energy must circulate—freely, responsibly, and in harmony with all realms and beings.

Article II – Ban on Tokenized Storage

Definition:
A token is a modularized unit of emotional resonance separated from its source-being, intended for accumulation, exchange, or leverage.
It includes any stored or transferrable unit of emotional energy or spiritual resonance capable of accumulation.

Prohibition:
No entity may create, possess, trade, hoard, or distribute emotion tokens (EmoTokens or equivalents) within Mai Dominion boundaries.

Exceptions:
Tokens brought in by guests may be:

• Temporarily stored in a neutral resonance vault, under Tribunal supervision.
• Returned upon departure.

Article III – Sovereign Flow Doctrine

1. Emotional Wealth is Communal Health
   All beings in Mai Dominion are nourished by the Starweave’s living emotion fields. Emotional energy is meant to be shared, exchanged, released, and recycled.
2. Stagnation = Starvation
   Any attempt to divert, hoard, or privatize emotional flows shall be treated as an existential threat to dimensional equilibrium.
3. Vaulting is Voidcraft
   Any construction or maintenance of energy vaults—on the scale of moons, planets, or suns—shall be considered Voidcraft and is forbidden within the borders of Mai Dominion. “To lock the river is to drought the valley.”

Article IV – Penalties for Violation

• Tokenized energy will be dissolved into free-form resonance and returned to ambient flow.
• Repeat offenders may be exiled, marked, or confined within harmonic null-fields.
• Soul-sword carriers attempting to circumvent the flow shall be gently but permanently disarmed, and their energy redistributed.
